Who

The Armed Forces Classic brings premier college basketball games to our nation’s troops, wherever they are stationed around the world.

What

The Armed Forces Classic rotates among military bases throughout the world. Partnering with the U.S. Department of Defense and each branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, and building off of ESPN’s Veteran’s Week Initiative, ESPN presents a one-game basketball event hosted at a different branch of the U.S. Armed Forces each year. The goal is to take the event, and a heaping slice of American sports from back home, to our troops.
