Credentials for the 2014 MEAC/SWAC Challenge Presented by Disney

Game Will Feature Alabama A&M vs. North Carolina A&T State on August 31 in Orlando 

Media members interested in attending the 2014 MEAC/SWAC Challenge presented by Disney can apply for credentials at the event website, www.meacswacchallenge.com.  

The deadline to submit your credential application is Wednesday, Aug. 27.  Media members planning to attend this event can purchase travel packages through Anthony Travel’s website or by calling 888-632-6951.
The 2014 MEAC/SWAC Challenge presented by Disney will pit the MEAC’s North Carolina A&T State University against the SWAC’s Alabama A&M University.  The game kicks off Sunday, August 31, at 11:45 a.m. ET at Bright House Networks Stadium, on the campus of the University of Central Florida (UCF), in Orlando, Fla., and will be televised on ESPN.

All media attending the MEAC/SWAC Challenge can pick up media credentials at Walt Disney World’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort (1700 Epcot Resorts Blvd., Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830) Friday, August 29, from 10:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET. Credential pickup will be available at the Saybrook Room in the Yacht & Beach Club Resort. On game day, Sunday, August 31st, media credentials will be available for pickup at the Bright House Networks Stadium – Gate 18, beginning at 10:00 a.m. 

In addition, media planning to cover any of the MEAC/SWAC Challenge events on Disney property, including the Kickoff Banquet and Legends Reception, must be escorted by a member of the MEAC/SWAC Challenge PR staff. Please notify Patricia Porter if you intend to cover the event as a news story. Requests for the ancillary events must be submitted via email no later than Friday, August 22. 

Individual tickets for the game are $25 each (plus tax and fees) and are available through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 or http://www.ticketmaster.com/.
