The two early-season events that showcase top college basketball programs on ESPN will kick off Jimmy V Week, a week-long initiative across multiple ESPN platforms and programs featuring special content to help raise funds for cancer research.
Tickets for the Jimmy V Men’s Classic will go on sale this fall. In the meantime, visit our Tickets Page to sign up for our pre-sale that will provide first access to the best seats.

Tickets for the women’s game will be sold solely through the University of Louisville.
The V Foundation for Cancer Research was founded in 1993 by ESPN and the late Jim Valvano, legendary North Carolina State University basketball coach and ESPN commentator. The V Foundation has funded more than $260 million in cancer research grants nationwide. Event proceeds benefit cancer research funded by the V Foundation.
